> Tharma Pillai is a Malaysian regulatory and political strategist and co-founder of Undi18, the campaign that lowered Malaysia's voting age from 21 to 18 through an amendment to the Federal Constitution. Through Quasa Asia he advises companies and institutions on regulatory strategy, political crisis communications, and political intelligence across Malaysia and ASEAN.
